Here are some blogs from my classmates about their PR campaign project:
Heather
L'Oreal will be promoting a new makeup palette that will also have SPF protection. Part of the proceeds will go to skin cancer research. However, they are currently in a campaign that supports ovarian cancer research, so hopefully investor relations will be strong enough to have them support another cause in such a short time frame.

My company campaign involves a conglomerate holding company, Berkshire Hathaway, proposing an acquisition of NBC.

My project focuses on a stock crash of Google Inc. I plan to use public relations techniques with an emphasis on raising stock prices to succesfully execute this project. The main emphasis is to raise investor confidence. Please check out my blog for more information.

Boeing donates $10M
Today Boeing announced its donation of $10M to science education for Chicago students. I posted on a forum: Trip Advisor
This forum offers advice from others to others about trip locations, travel plans, modes of transportation, etc. It also discusses new issues in international travel and ways to help others.
Another forum, called Tripso.com, works in peer-to-peer networking with more than 200 countries and cultures. It allows people, once again, to discuss different travel methods, compare international flights to domestic (i.e. US) and other discussions.
Check them out!
